Here are your 2024 World Fantasy Award finalists

While the Hugos are your home for delicious Awards circuit drama, the SFFH community is rife with awards recognizing its incredible talents–chief among those the World Fantasy Awards. Celebrating their 50th year, the World Fantasy Convention announced the finalists for the 2024 World Fantasy Awards, including nominations for Yael Goldstein-Love, Alix E. Harrow, Ginjer Buchanan, Jo Fletcher, Wole Talabi, Kelly Link, and Martha Wells.

Judges this year included Douglas A. Anderson, Stephanie Feldman, Thomas Olde Heuvelt, Pat Murphy, and Dr. Angela Slatter.

"Our sincere congratulations to all the nominees," said Awards Administration Peter Dennis Pautz in the official announcement. "And our heartiest congratulations to our Life Achievement awardees: Ginjer Buchanan and Jo Fletcher."
